oin us as we continue our series, It's A Wonderful Life. This week Pastor Neli helps us to think about our world view and how this can contribute to how we value life. Your word is a lamp to my feet
and a light to my path.
I have sworn an oath and confirmed it,

So Jesus again said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. All who came before me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not listen to them. I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture. The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly. - John 10:7-10 (ESV)

If prayer is the primary and chief exercise of our faith, as Christians, then what does prayer look like in your life? How deep are you willing to go to keep Christ at the centre of your reality?
Jesus said, “Take away the stone.” Martha, the sister of the dead man, said to him, “Lord, by this time there will be an odor, for he has been dead four days.” Jesus said to her, “Did I not tell you that if you believed you would see the glory of God?” So they took away the stone. And Jesus lifted up his eyes and said, “Father, I thank you that you have heard me. - John 11:39-41 (ESV)

Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride of life is not from the Father but is from the world. - 1 John 2:15-16 (ESV)

Monday Sep 21, 2020
Monday Sep 21, 2020
Join us as we continue our current series, The Lord's Prayer. This week Pastor Neli makes reference to bread as our source of sustenance. Scripture will state bread is Jesus himself. In saying this, Jesus is both our provision and our provider. If we look at provision without looking at the provider, we will never be fulfilled. Jesus is more than enough for us.
If you want other people to discover the daily bread that can be found in Jesus, one of the best ways you can do that is to be the source of bread for others.
Jesus then said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, it was not Moses who gave you the bread from heaven, but my Father gives you the true bread from heaven. For the bread of God is he who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.” They said to him, “Sir, give us this bread always.” - John 6:32-34 (ESV)

“And when you pray, do not heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do, for they think that they will be heard for their many words. Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him. Pray then like this:

Monday Aug 31, 2020
Monday Aug 31, 2020

The way we can tell that the Kingdom of God is in place, is what remains on the earth (His remnant). When was the last time you allowed yourself to be impressed by God, both in awe of who he is and in terms of moulding and shaping to who you’re meant to be? Can people see God’s rulership in you and in your environment?
“Blessed are you when people hate you and when they exclude you and revile you and spurn your name as evil, on account of the Son of Man! Rejoice in that day, and leap for joy, for behold, your reward is great in heaven; for so their fathers did to the prophets. - Luke 6:22-23 (ESV)
