Pastor Neli brings our message today from the Book of Philippians. PRESS. There are times we feel under pressure but God's word reminds us to press forward. When the enemy puts pressure on us, press back because the worth of knowing The Lord is worth a lot more than anything else. We must learn to put pressure on the pressure that's being put on us by living a life out loud for Jesus. Whatever comes our way are opportunities to give glory to God.

We welcome our guest speaker today bringing us a message about the Kingdom Culture. What has God called us to do? Pastor Jonathan Mok describes our current times compared to future seasons and the purpose God has planned for us all. Many people are living out of sync. Let us not miss God's timing because we are rushing from one season to get to the next. Remain planted in the church, get into the Word of God and find the gold within you so you can release your seed potential.

We conclude our series "At The Movies" with Guardians of the Galaxy. What does it mean to be a Guardian? Pastor Neli takes the world's view of a guardian and compares with the biblical view of a guardian. When we are guarding something we don't just guard it with our mouth or our mind, we guard it with everything we have. God wants us to take His word as holding so much value that it's worth guarding. What we say and how we live flows out of what we have stored in the safety of our hearts.

Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.
Keep your mouth free of perversity; keep corrupt talk far from your lips.
Let your eyes look straight ahead; fix your gaze directly before you.

Join us this week as we continue our series, "At The Movies". Pastor Neli reads from the Book of Habakkuk and discusses what is needed to truly see God's vision for our lives. In order for us to see the vision, we need to be positioned above our circumstances. Don't focus on the enemies that will prevent you from seeing the greatness God has for you. We are the stars of the movie God is directing in our lives but will it be a movie that draws glory back to God?

As we start our new series, "At The Movies" we take a look at the movie Moana as Pastor Neli reads from the Book of Matthew and makes a comparison to when Jesus had walked on water and invited Peter to come out to him. Jesus is calling us to live beyond the reef. God is calling us to go beyond ourselves, our fears, and our limitations to serve others and to glorify Him. What is limiting you from stepping out for everything God has for you?

But Jesus immediately said to them: “Take courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid.”
“Lord, if it’s you,” Peter replied, “tell me to come to you on the water.”

Join us this week as Pastor Tina continues our "So That" series. This week we look at the Book of 1 Corinthians as Paul describes how we should run the race set before us. The race God gives us is very specific to us but what Paul is referring to is God's act of calling us for salvation. We should run with eternity in mind. Don't run for temporary fixes or the things of this world. Think eternal

Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air. No, I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.

Join us today as we continue our "So That" series. Pastor Neli compares a rocket to an elevator and the requirements for each to lift us upwards. Let's compare this to the Book of Ephesians where Jesus and his love came down through the cross so that we can be elevated up to be seated in heavenly place. God's mercy, His grace and His love for us are the counterweights that elevate us. We just need to lay our burdens down and enter in

But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved— and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.

Continuing with our "So That.." series is "These Things These Days". Pastor Neli takes us back to the things which were a fad or common use back in the day compared to now. Are they still making an impact in the nation or passed on to the people around us? As Christians, what are we planning on passing on to the next generation? Let us be effective in leading by example, continuing to devour the Bible for all it's worth and serving generationally.

Have nothing to do with irreverent, silly myths. Rather train yourself for godliness; for while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.

We are kick-starting a new series called "So That..." which talks about the letters of Paul. Pastor Neli starts in the Book of 1 Thessalonians as we go through scripture and learn how to control our bodies, love one another and mind our own business when it comes to the lives of others. There is a way we ought to walk and that is not by wanting to please others but a want to please God.

Finally, then, brothers, we ask and urge you in the Lord Jesus, that as you received from us how you ought to walk and to please God, just as you are doing, that you do so more and more.
