Join us as we finish the last episode in our 4 part series, Just Walk Across The Room. Pastor Neli makes good use of the Book of Proverbs to remind us about friendship and about the important relationships we hold.  Look back on the friendships you have and see if you have constancy, carefulness, cander and council.  We need to choose our friendships wisely.  Do you have friendships which are sharpening you?

Continuing with our Just Walk Across The Room series, Pastor Neli this weeks talks about walking in the Spirit.  Not just in our daily lives, but also when approaching someone to speak to them about God's word, we must be Spirit-led.  It's with the power of God that we are able to talk to other people about Christ. But first we must be Spirit-filled.  So what does it meant to be baptized with the Holy Spirit?

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes to you; and you will be witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.

Continuing our series on Just Walk Across The Room, Pastor Neli teaches us the importance of our own testimony and the way we communicate with others to get our message across.  There are some important things to note when speaking about our faith story to someone who has not yet started that journey.  Let it not be long winded, unclear, weird, or filled with jargon which we have grown accustomed to within our christian circles.  Does this sound like you too?  How would you tell your story?

Now that this faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian. So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith

Part 2 in our series Just Walk Across The Room and Pastor Neli is leading us on a personal reflection of our own spiritual journey. Are we lost and don't know our way anymore?  Are we so fixated on what's in front of us that we forget to see the bigger plan?  No matter how we feel we may be lost, our heavenly father knows us and wants to bring us near. 

But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Our last part in the Sermon On The Mount series and this week we have Norm Asaua bring us the message.  A Foundation Built To Last talks about the parable of the 2 construction workers who built their houses on sand and rock.  Listen in as Norm clearly outlines which foundation we should be building our spiritual life.  By trusting Jesus is the rock to build our foundation on, Jesus gives us the stability and security.  Jesus is reliable and is the way to eternity.  So which foundation are your building on?

Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.

Moving on into another week of our series, Sermon On The Mount, Pastor Neli talks about the intimate relationship God is wanting with us.  God has given us gifts and we are called by God, but we are more so called to people and not to amplify the gifts God has given us.  So let us really know God with a depth of intimacy and continue to pursue our life's purpose.

Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven

We continue this week with our Sermon On The Mount Series.  This week, Pastor Neli goes through Matthew Chapter 7. We have the tendency to close our eyes to what God wants us to do.  What kind of relationship do you have with God?  There needs to be room in our lives to go deeper with God.  That's where we can produce the good fruit. 

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

Guest speaker Tua Moala delivers our message today as we continue with our Sermon On The Mount series.  This week is about control.  How much control are we giving God in our lives?  Are we more focused on things of this world like food, clothes, bills, fast cars, and big Tv's or are we giving control to God who will always be able to provide for us what we need.  

But seek his kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well.  Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom.

Guest speaker Roisin Welsh continues our series about Sermon On The Mount. As followers of Christ, it's not a matter of "if" we fast, it's a matter of "when" we fast should we do as it is written in the Book of Matthew chapter 6.  We should not boast about fasting, nor should we look fatigued as we do.  Instead draw strength from The Lord.  We should empty ourselves of food so we can be full of God.  Are we growing more hungry for God or for the things of this world that does't satisfy?

“And when you fast, do not look gloomy like the hypocrites, for they disfigure their faces that their fasting may be seen by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, that your fasting may not be seen by others but by your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
